Shipping

All of Zygah Ethnics orders are shipped door-to-door from our warehouse in Mumbai, India to your provided shipping address . Processing the order normally takes 1-2 working days and then Shipping normally takes 4-5 working . Shipping destinations offered by Zygah Ethnics .com for delivery will be extended and updated from time to time and listed online. We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 working days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock item.

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.

If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call ShipYaari Customer Service at their local number and quote your tracking number to trace your package. Free shipping is available on all products across India, subject to a minimum order value within Mumbai 499/- and Outside Mumbai 999/-

Violation & Termination

Incorrect Order Or Product Damaged When Received:

We take utmost care while packing your order to ensure that the right product reaches you in the safest way. However, in case of receiving the order, if the product is incorrect or is damaged in transit, the same would be replaced. The process is hassle-free.
In such cases, all you would have to do is that intimate us on the same day of receiving the order by writing to us at info@alique.com or calling us on the contact number mentioned on the Contact Us page and your request would be taken care of.
In case you fail to intimate on the same day of receiving an incorrect or damaged product, the product will be considered sold and would not be replaced or refunded.

Returns

No item purchased online can be returned at the store in any circumstances.
